Speaker & Topic: Ken Henry (Sales Manager) and Carlos Torres (Quality Assurance Manager) from Acme Corrugated

BIO: Carlos Torres has been with Acme Corrugated Box for a little over nine (9) years.  He was hired in 2001 as a Corrugator Quality Station Operator. In 2002, Carlos was promoted to Quality Assurance Manager. In 2006, Carlos took the additional responsibility of Customer Advocate. As Customer Advocate, Carlos has the opportunity to visit many of our customers in an attempt to assist them in determining feasible inventory reduction and fiber reduction which in turn improves service to our customer’s needs. In addition as a Customer Advocate, Carlos enhances focus and a proactive approach to customer requirements.  Carlos was actively involved in the development and implementation of Acme’s Sustainability Program, which includes analyzing all of the incoming raw material to determine which suppliers’ raw material offers the best characteristics while reducing fiber.
